We understand that you were allocated Room 404 initially which did not provide access to the bed from both sides and had a malfunctioning safe. We also apologize that the second room you were allocated, Room 608, had a smell of damp and water dripping from the ceiling/air conditioning unit, which made it an unhealthy environment.We take all feedback seriously and have taken steps to address these issues to ensure that they do not occur again in the future.
