"All staff are really friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious. Soft drinks are free of charge and available in all rooms. The free hotel shuttle is available in a regular schedule for many popular targets in Singapore. I really enjoy with their fantastic services and I will come again for sure!!"
"Love how when i first arrive i didnt have to ask any question because the staff would proactively welcomes me and guide me to the front desk. The break was sweet and has a lot of variaty kf western and asian food. The view on the top floor was amazing, though i often found it pacm in the evening. The place arond the othel is also great because its walkable to nearby malls and its close to chinatown which is an amazing wxperience at night time."
"We recently stayed in a family room at Village Hotel Sentosa. The property was lovely, kids enjoyed the pool area and staff we encountered were exceptional. Check in took a while even though we had completed online check in- we seemed to come at a busy time. We were coming from another hotel and had expected to leave our bags and go off and explore. To our surprise our room was available and we were able to check in early.
Rooms were very clean however we found them quite small.

"Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "

"Only a short monorail ride to Universal Studios which was great! Also the area was amazing to walk around, such a nice walk to Beach Station through the Sensoryscape at night time. Hotel was clean and modern."
