"Was great! Just wish there was supervision in the pool, there were people there who were very inconsiderate. Otherwise the stay was great!"

"The building, rooms and staff are excellent for the most part. Where they struggle is with their airport shuttle. They encourage booking the shuttle. Yet the driver allows "walk-ons". In our case the shuttle had too many passengers so the hotel had to panic call taxis to accommodate the overflow. We barely made our flight as a result. If it looks like the shuttle is going to be too full make sure the "booked" passengers get on first as they had the foresight to organize themselves."

"Hotel and staff were great but the noise level in the hallways at all hours of the night by rude guests were unbearable. Front desk did their best to quiet down the noises but we had no sleep for our stay."

The water they skimp on in the fake juice goes into very soggy scrambled eggs. The waffle maker is cast iron and even with dumping ton of oil on it, the waffles stuck so badly they came off in pieces. The night receptionist and the breakfast staff guy were good. The morning receptionist guy couldn't care less"

"The room was not clean and housekeeping service was poor. We still saw garbage between the beds, and the cups were not replaced. The screws on our door lock even came off, which was concerning. The parking spaces are also extremely tight — it feels like sardines. It was very difficult to get in and out of the car, especially for a pregnant woman when opening the door."

"The shuttle is extremely limited and we had the choice of being four hours early to our domestic flight or late. We called an Uber instead."

"We will stay here again and again if travelling to Calgary. The staff are amazing and are top notch in my books. From the minute we arrived, we were treated with the utmost kindness and helpfulness. The room we had was so clean, it was quiet and large to accommodate luggage. They thought of everything. A special shout out to the gentleman who helped us when we arrived. He helped us with our luggage right away, gave us instructions on how to bring our vehicle back to the rental area. We have...
