"I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. "

"This property is a little older and it’s rustic, but it’s beautiful and if you’re looking for more of like a camping type hotel experience, it’s wonderful. The staff are amazing and the chef Sandra is one of the best people you’ll ever meet and she cooks wonderfully. Edwin is great too! They sell marshmallows where you can cook them in your fireplace at night while you’re keeping warm"

"Internet was in & out, not the best. host was not communicating initially and I had to wait in the lobby for an hour to check in after check in hours upon arrival. Towels are very hard, lack of toilet paper. Close to Provenza and very big hills if you like to walk. I personally would not stay again. "

"Apartment was in ok condition, needs some love, walls dirty, entrance light switch not working, door lock difficult to open, sliding glass door to balcony does not lock and grand finale is the night club that plays very loud music till about 3 or 4 in the morning."

"The place is amazing. They could use some cleaning supplies for the kitchen. The noise is absolutely horrible. It is not loud – it’s obnoxious. You are literally right above a nightclub that pounds music so that your bathroom mirror and all the dishes in the kitchen vibrate until about 2:30 AM. Additionally, all during the day it’s not as loud but pretty loud. Enough that you cannot grab an afternoon nap."
