It was an amazing stay. My favorite hotel that I’ve stayed in so far. I loved everything about it. The pool with the view, the bar and the drinks, the staff, the concept of the hotel also. Everything was super clean. The breakfast I didn’t try cause it was a little expensive. But there are plenty places around to have breakfast so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, an amazing time and I can’t wait to come back!

The Hotel is beautiful. The staff was super attentive. We had the room with balcony and jacuzzi and they made our stay very pleasant. Hotel is in the middle of the Poblado and very lively and noisy at night time, however, we could not be bother by the music after lights out. Highly recommend to anyone visiting looking for beautiful amenities. A great mix of artsy and contemporary vibe.

The room itself was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were several things that made the stay less enjoyable. Unfortunately, some of the staff came across as quite rude and not very welcoming. Also, the description states that the stay includes one breakfast per stay, but that was not the case during our visit. We were charged separately for breakfast, which was disappointing and misleading. The biggest issue was the noise at night. It was extremely loud, and you could hear almost everything happening outside. The noise made it difficult to sleep, especially at night when the surrounding area was still very active. Overall, the room was clean, but the customer service, unexpected breakfast charge, and excessive nighttime noise really affected our experience. I would recommend clarifying the breakfast policy and improving the soundproofing or making guests aware of the noise level before booking.
