"I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two..."

"I’m fairly disappointed with this property. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as you can hear absolutely everything going on in the other rooms. The bed is not memory foam or, if it is, it’s extremely old. The room has a smell that I think is coming from the old wardrobe and now all of my belongings I brought stink. "Very nice place, close to the city center. Clean and neat. Sweet owner, the access to the rooms is with a card that beeps loud everytime you use it. Might be loud. Overall everything was perfect. Will definitely come again "

Owner was unable to meet me when I arrived despite me arriving within stated hours of availability, leading to some confusion about how to access the room. Not fun after 24 hours of travel. Main problem was that accommodation was booked for a work trip and the owner was unable to provide a receipt so that I could be reimbursed by my workplace. Owner said they’d provide a receipt and then ghosted after several requests. Not recommended for those...

"Loved my stay at B&B Villa Zola. The views were amazing, the suite, amenities and attention to detail above par and much more than I expected. Private Terrace with a view to the sea! Absolutely wonderful stay. Antonio is a thoughtful and welcoming host. I only wish I could have stayed longer than 3 nights. The villa is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, breakfasts were plentiful. What more can I say, than 5 star service and accommodation! "
