"In this high dry & hot weather, I was allotted a room without AC at the top 4th floor, where the ceiling fan was blowing hot air through out the night. Horrible sleep less night experience for ever."

"The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent.
