"We had an excellent time at Bella Onda guest house and it was 5 stars for our needs! We only had 24 hrs in Venice . the guest manager was hospitable and present for our 2pm check in. We had the large family Room which was very clean and very comfortable. We all slept well. We could walk to airport easily - it's 15 min safe too. "Amazing stay in an amazing accommodation with amazing hosts! Everything about this hotel was perfect, will definitely be back if back in Venice again. Lovely views of the lagoon from the balcony, very relaxing. Beautiful room with 4 poster bed and comfy mattress and sheets. Optional coffee and pastries brought to room every morning at time of your choosing, great way to start day! Very close and convenient for boat taxi stop to all parts of Venice. Easy and quick to San Marco and Burano."

"This is not your typical hotel but a guest house with 4 or 5 rooms. It is right on the canal by a bridge and around the corner from a piazza, so a very lovely spot. Maria was at the front desk when we check in and was very friendly, nice and helpful. She showed us our room and the amenities, and even assisted with booking a water taxi for us for the airport for the next morning. The property is lovely and charming- note that there isn't an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up 2...
