"When we pulled up it looked like a construction zone I honestly didn’t think we were at the right place. It was Ramadan and the loud speakers were on full blast all night long and the staff were having a party in the restaurant/rec room right beside our room singing with microphones and playing drums and electric guitars so we didn’t sleep at all, we were also the only guests at the resort. "Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

"We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Andrew and the team were incredible hosts and made us feel so very welcome. The views were breathtaking and the villas are beautifully designed and peaceful. The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious. Passion fruit picked fresh from the veranda for my cocktail watching the sunset was a highlight! The staff were so attentive to all our needs and looked after us and our children so well. The treatments at the spa were outstanding. There is a beach down the hill which is beautifully secluded and we had a brilliant day out snorkelling and visiting the pink beaches in the area. The whole place has such a warm and friendly atmosphere and I can’t recommend a stay here enough. Home from home! Thank you Lobster bay team for a truly memorable stay!"

"what an awesome place tucked away, even the drive on the small gravel road was exciting to get there. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. would defiantly be going back there, my two young girls absolutely loved the place it was so peaceful and tranquil. we didn't stay in the glamping tents but our two bedroom villa was better than expected, everything we needed! "
