"I went there for just a short stay, but me and my boyfriend had a great experience.The staffs were so friendly and gave us good recommendation on tour programs, where to go and what to do around there. I saw some of the comments suggest that the hotel should improve on their breakfast. When i went to the hotel and i informed them i want something local , not american breakfast they put on the menu list, and the hotel staff offered me the local menu. "Our positive experience began before we arrived. The team organized transportation from the Krabi airport to their location. A driver was waiting at the exit with a sign… no stress travelling! We arrived early, they staff were very accommodating. As soon as the room was ready we were able to check in. Renting scooters from them was also an easy process. When asked if they could help us book a cab, the staff said they would be happy to assist for a small fee. Would definitely recommend! "

"We had a lovely time staying here. It was just a short walk from the beach. The room was cute and clean. The staff were wonderful and helped us arrange excursions and transport. No elevator available so if stairs aren’t possible for you than don’t book. Otherwise it was great! "
