Though located in a ZTL they guided us to enable us to drop my off baggage and no park in convenient parking. "This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. "This property is a gem in the center of Siena. I was happy to learn about their “valet” parking arrangement with a garage which made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are lovely and the staff very accommodating. Other than breakfast there are no other amenities (ie bar or 24 hr desk clerk) and one can come and go as they please with keys to the palace door!"

"This hotel needs another star!!! It is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and well supplied. The bathroom is luxurious. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the garden is relaxing and fresh with turtles that come up and say hi while you dine. There is a library where you can take books and trade them with ones you have read. I will stay here again next time I come to Siena."
