Dear guest, thank you for your stay and for your kind review. It is important to us to receive feedback so that we can improove always our service. Our Hotel is located in the city center, in the ZTL (restricted traffic area) and we always help our guest before arrival sending them driving directions, of course it is not easy to drive and park in a foreign city but we help in all the best way we can. Concenring air conditionning, it works perfectly, it has 3 different powers (low-medium-high) so maybe during your stay it was just low but we did not receive any notice during the stay.
