New but perfect
We were picked up from the airport to hotel, it took about 20 mins. We were welcomed by their team with welcome drink and cold towel (i really needed cool st that time its hot wheather). We were told that hotel was just open (we felt like king and queen at that time). The room was really classic style and we saw swimming pool from our balcony. At night, there were insects in the balcony; i afraid then we asked the staff to help and we were told that cambodia tropical country (i understoot some). Appreciated all help and smile from the staff!

The property was beautiful. Lovely salt water pool and 3 balconies of lush plant life. The room had a hot shower and comfortable bed with plenty of room for our "stuff"! The staff was exemplary! There was a breakfast buffet with a nice variety of offerings. We had dinner and drinks there as well, all delicious.

All the Pandora Suite D’Angkor rooms are large as it was previously called Grand Élysée La Residence. The couple of things I liked was you could access all meals and drinks at this location or you could buy inexpensive meals for 150 to 300 riel two blocks down the street towards Angkor Wat at the Chef Pan Restaurant if on a budget. The location and suite price was good as you are as close as you can get to the Angkor Wat Archaelogical Park main entrance and accessible by downloading the grab app or pass application for a tuk tuk or remork. Note that you have to buy or go online to purchase admission tickets which you cannot get at the main entrance of Angkor Wat. I did not like that you have to access the Pandora Suite via a dirt road in but they had a 200’ paved stone sidewalk to get to check in desk. The other thing I did not like was they advertised a suite with a pool view but you have to open you suite door to actually get your pool view from your reserved outside deck sitting area usually with a table and two chairs on the upper floors. I did like having a small safe, fridge and kettle in the suite. Missed having no microwave. Housekeeping came every day to provide two glass bottles of water, coffee, tea, razor, toothbrush, comb, shampoo, conditioner and body bath foam and more. I enjoyed my short visit here and would stay here again versus going to the more upscale Park Hyatt, Sofitel and Raffles resorts further away towards Siem Reap.

This was our best Hotel on our SEA trip so far. Melinda at the front desk was great. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights. I want to thank the whole staff for a wonderful experience.

Photos and realty didn't match. This hotel to me was more like a 2 star hotel. Very expensive room rate ,value for money was negative (not even zero). No AC in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very basic.

Property had been closed due to Covid-19. It seems well maintain since the reopen. Business seems to be getting picking up. Staff friendly and helpful. Elevator has been turn off due to not enough number of rooms booked. However, only the first and second floor is currently being used.

Excelente hotel
La atención por parte del personal del hotel es EXCELENTE, la habitación es EXCELENTE, muy amplias y el baño y regadera EXCELENTES. La ubicación del hotel no es muy buena ya que es necesario pedir un taxi o tuk tuk para llegar al centro o a las zonas turísticas. En general muy recomendable.

My stay was terrific! The staff were helpful, friendly and always available. The pool is great, the food and drinks too. Many things are within walking distance and Pub Street and the main core of Siem Reap are only a few minutes away by Tuk Tuk. I look forward to staying here again.

A revoir lorsque l' hotel fonctionnera normalement
le tarif tres concurrentiel a une raison. L' hotel n' est pas en fonctionnement normal. De nombreux services ne sont pas en fonction. pas d' ascenseurs, pas de machine a expresso, pas de restaurant, pas de petit déjeuner... Par contre le personnel est au petit soins avec les rares clients.

Nice clean hotel and service staffs are very friendly. Toothbrush and other toiletries were not refilled after room was made up. Bed sheets were not changed. There is no bottle water too, instead all rooms were given 2 bottles of refilled water.

お世話になりました
今回2泊しましたが、可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。 スタッフの方はとても愛想が良く丁寧な対応をしてくれ気持ち良く滞在できました。 残念だったのは、1Fのプールコネクトルームを予約していましたが、チェックイン当日はプールは使えず、翌日は使える旨の説明でしたが、結局2日目も3日目もプールには入れず、この部屋にした意味が無かった事と、隣の敷地？から大音量の音楽が流れていて落ち着かなかった事です。 のんびりされたい方は要確認した方がいいと思います。

The staff are what make this hotel , It is a nice clean reasonably well presented hotel , but the level of service is exceptional . We particularly appreciated the free airport transfer . Another big plus was that due to flight difficulties we needed to check in 5 hours before the regular check in time , This it turned out was not a problem , Mia at the front desk sorted everything and we had our room, by ( A .. M ) which was amazing as we should have checked in at 2 P .M . We were also provided with a tuk tuk driver to serve as a guide and transport to Angkor Wat and the other temples , His name was Bunly , and he was fantastic . Very knowledgeable , and explained everything to us , .. polite and knew all the best photo opportunities . we would highly recommend .

Accueil parfait et staff au petit soin. Chambre confortable et surtout très grande. Malheureusement le problème de cet hôtel est que ce n'est pas du tout un 5 étoiles, dès votre arrivé, vous serez poussé à acheter des tours hors de prix et à manger dans le resto de l'hôtel qui est plus ordinaire et cher pour ce qu'il offre. J'ai payé pour un chauffeur et un véhicule pour les visites des temples (2 jours) et le chauffeur n'est rien de moins qu'un arnaqueur une fois les tours terminé, très décevant quand on paie un prix de fou! Autre chose de désagréable est que le staff veux tellement être parfait qu'on a toujours l'impression de devoir ce justifier, où on va, pourquoi on sort, où je reviens de où, qu'est ce que j'ai acheté. Je n'ai pas envie de raconter mon expérience quand je sors seulement 5 minutes fumer une cigarette. Pour une nuit, ça peut dépanner mais Siem Reap compte tellement de possibilités d'hébergement à meilleur prix pour une valeur égale que personnellement je vous conseille d'aller ailleurs.

The staff were excellent. They made us very welcome, greeted us by name and were ready to offer help when needed. They organised tuk-tuk drivers and guides for our trips to the temple and more. They really made the stay outstanding. The hotel is a bit out of the center of town but it doesn't matter as tuk-tuks are cheap!

L'hôtel est très bien situé à seulement 5min de Pub Street. Nous avons séjourné dans une belle chambre donnant sur la piscine, propreté irréprochable et très bons équipements. Le gros point positif de l'hôtel est le service et le personnel. Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous tout au long du séjour, que ce soit pour l'organisation des journées, faire venir un tuktuk ou même pour vous donner des conseils. Ils nous ont même laisser prendre une douche après notre check-out pour que nous soyons confortables dans le bus. Le sourire et la politesse est irréprochable. Les cocktails sont excellents et peu cher, vous pouvez même avoir un petit-déjeuner à emporter si vous allez a Angkor pour le lever du soleil. Le seul point négative est la piscine qui n'est pas profonde. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

新しいホテル
ホテルは新しく綺麗で良かったです。部屋も広かったです。ホテルマンも親切でした。一方、市街からは遠くて不便です。あと、レストランが屋外にあるのですが、蚊が異常にいます。

This hotel was lovely! The dbl bed room was nice and spacious with a great balcony! The breakfast was good- omelet/noodles station, fresh fruit, local dishes etc. oh and an espresso machine which was nice! The staff here were wonderful!! Always willing to help and always so pleasant! We got to talk and laugh with Jessie and Thomas (Sim & Ny) they were great and extremely helpful with giving us info when we needed! It’s in quieter part of Siem Reap but definitely not too far from night market/pub street etc. just a $1 tuk tuk. & the pool area is perfect for a little r&r after walking everywhere! Definitely a good find in Siem Reap!
