Beautiful 100 year old property which used to be a Red Cross hospital. Fully restored and modern while maintaining the old world charm. Location was close to Pub Street and Palace.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The staff, the room, the food, the service, the pool. We stayed here in 2018 on our first trip to Siem Reap and loved it so much we stayed again. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. The pool is lovely, peaceful and a refuge after sweating all day. But the very best thing about being here is the lovely people who work here. Truly kind and loving. Thank you for another beautiful experience.

El hotel está lejos, muy lejos de ser un cinco estrellas. Se trata más bien de un agradable guest house. Lo primero que vi, nomás al entrar, fué una rata de tamaño mediano escondiéndose debajo de uno de los sillones de la pequeña recepción, que evidentemente no se equipara a la de un hotel cinco estrellas. Cronológicamente : El cuarto está muy bien, se trata de una especie de suite, en estilo tradicional de esta parte del mundo. La cama es muy cómoda y las almohadas también. A modo de sábana/cobija hay un solo elemento, compuesto por ambas, que termina siendo muy caliente o frío, pues es eso o nada. La televisión no tiene, justamente, canales de televisión, solamente Internet. Ya que hablamos de Internet, el tercer día de mi estancia desapareció... ... Y lo encontraron a la medianoche, después de varios intentos de enchufar y desenchufar el router, a ver qué pasa. El personal muy amable, el restaurante me pareció muy bueno. Angkor Wat es impresionante, y la ciudad de Siem Reap es muy agradable.

Superb!

Simply exquisite. Amazingly accomodating staff. Resort is beautiful and impeccably clean. One of the best mojitos that I have had, and I have had a lot. The resort included so many extras. A cocktal per day, some laundry, beverages in the room. I had the soup for breakfast, delicious! Our room was large and comfortable with a shower, large soaking tub, and toilet room. So many great staff. I wish I had gotten more names. The bar, room service staff and breakfast staff, lovely and efficient. I believe it was Lien at reception who really went the extra mile. Thank you La Riviere!

What a sweet oasis in the heart of Siem Reap. We were greeted with the most delicious passion fruit juice, and treated like royalty. The room was beautiful, the staff were so helpful, and our stay was wonderful.

Chambre très spacieuse, cocktails offerts tous les soirs, laverie sans supplement pour 3 vêtements par jour par personne, personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. Petits bémols: chambre bruyante, menage fait un jour sur deux, douche pas entretenue, petit déjeuner sans saveur mais disposant d'un choix correct, beaucoup de moustiques. Bref, pas mal de petits details qui ne demanderaient pas beaucoup d'effort pour donner a cet hotel une note un peu meilleure et qui permettraient de justifier son prix un peu élevé tout de meme.

The small and inviting atmosphere of this boutique style hotel made our stay so enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our every whim. The location is set along the river, making for pleasant walks (and morning runs). We were able to walk to many restaurants and experience Pub Street but return to our tranquil retreat. In addition, we met lovely guests from various corners of the world.

Only if the room condition was better....

Service was good, Staff are well trained and very friendly. Room layout was rich and nice. Downside was air conditioning and shower. The air conditioning was not working at all. We need to spend our time in the hot room. The bed was hot too due to the room being hot. Almost no cold water come out from the shower, and the hot water was too hot to use without cold water coming out. Maybe, these happened only in our room.... We were too tired to make a claim on the issues.

We love everything about this property. This is our 4th stay here for 10 days each time. The staff are all great and nothing is too much trouble for them to make our stay very enjoyable. Perfect location - just a short walk to pub street and many restaurants and bars, Very nice having breakfast served on our patio each day. Free 6 pieces of laundry each day was a welcome surprise. Complimentary cocktail each day as well. Can't fault the property. Highly recommended!

The hotel is small with several small buildings around a lovely garden. The staff is great and the included breakfast was nice. Our room did not really have internet, weak and occasional, and we could have used a fan to assist the AC.
