Such Wonderful Staff
Mr Seng and his team do everything they can to make your stay at G&Z boutique Hotel as relaxing and comfortable as possible. From organising tours (full marks to Ben for organising our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat) to providing everything you need. When we couldn’t make the television work, a member of staff was up instantly to fix it. When we needed some ice, we got it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is just a 10 minute walk from the Night Market and Pub Street but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool area is serene and tranquil and rooms are spacious with a large balcony. The G&Z group has initiative which aims to provide gainful employment to Speech hearing impaired citizens and two of our waiting staff were part of this scheme. The couple were lovely and taught me a few words of sign when we ate a lovely meal there on our first night. Thank you both 🙏 We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Siem Reap

Friendly,welcoming,well positioned,only 10 minutes walk to Pub Street. Plenty of tuk tuks nearby and only $1 if you haggle Rooms are quite large but only 1 chair and bedside table in a double. The pool is a great asset after a hard day sightseeing. Well informed travel desk☺

Lovely tropical hotel
Very tropical and cozy. Nice hotel and lovely restaurant to the opposite. Very clean. friendly staff. The only bad part is wifi is way too slow!

We have stayed in this property several times for a total of perhaps 1 month. The place is potentially a paradise but the new management has decided to yield to local realities by more actively attracting Chinese and Korean tourists. This means that you are likely to be woken up by noisy groups anytime between 5 and 9am which never happened before. Such is Siem Reap now though...

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Some of the amenities provided were not in good condition. The travel desk was not efficient. Even after specifying our tour requirement and booking for service(had given them reminder the previous day 2 times) they had not booked the car until we were ready to start our trip that morning. The service provided by the staff was very inefficient and had to repeat orders and remind them to get the ordered food every morning for breakfast, most of the staff not available and had to getup and search for service(first three days),after complaint increased number of staff though, but still inefficient. The breakfast had limited options.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool provides a good option to escape the afternoon heat. The hotel consistently booked nice tour options and Mr. Chan was a great driver to have for the tours. The downtown area is a quick remok ride away.

Quiet place, nice old fashioned hotel with modern style large bathrooms. The pool is OK, but not so big as it appears at the pictures. Good breakfast. Simple menu at the restaurant, but just cross the street and there is an excellent Cambodian restaurant. Nice, friendly staff. Very good service with the “touk-touk” from the hotel. We used it for two tours and recommend it. The only problem was the hot water. After even fast shower- no more. The next person has to wait 20-25 minutes.

Amazing. Hands down. The staff is fantastic, the food is delicious, the rooms are very clean and big, and the poolside is completely relaxing and fabulous. Oh! And the massages, amazing, really. We had to have them twice, they were excellent head back and shoulders, traditional Khmer, both great. We will stay here again when we return to Siem Reap. Thank you for such a fantastic trip! Akun!

Had a good experience staying here for 4 days. Roundtrip airport shuttle service was very helpful and general feel and ambience of the hotel was very comforting. Room was big and loved the balcony overlookinv the pool. Saw quite a number of mosquitos and insects on my beddings though so I needed to pat them out. Also, ants hover in all over the bathroom floor. There were times in the evening that the shower wasn't strong but might be because everyone just came out of the pool and were using their bathrooms all at the same time. I could only commend how helpful and friendly the whole staff is. Some could work a bit in speaking and understanding English but nonetheless, their smiles and willingness to help has always been exceptional. Discount vouchers for food and the spa were provided--restaurant food had plenty of options but taste was just okay. Had the traditional khmer massage and the lady who did my massage was just absolutely awesome! My flight was not til later in the evening so I asked if I could get a late checkout and was allowed to for a fair price. I'd surely stay here again, hopefully they could do something about the insects in the room tho.

Amazing!!!
This Hotel was amazing!! To start, they send me a car to pick me up at the airport free of charge. On arrival, some of tha staff were waiting at the door with a big smile, cold towels and on the house welcome drink. The room was very large with modern furniture, large TV, small refrigerator and two full size beds. Bathroom the same, large and nice shower with hot water. I have lunch in the restaurant and the food was very good. Bar drinks for around US $ 3 each. The place have a swimming pool, very quiet and about 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk to downtown ($2) The best part was the service, the staff was always attentive, smiling and ready to help with any questions or special request. I will recommend this Hotel to my friends and anybody.

We loved it!
Love love loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My mother, sister and I stayed here for 5 nights and we didn’t have one complaint about it. They organized a tuktuk for us for 3 days at the temples, and were very helpful with every question we had. There wasn’t one thing on the menu that we didn’t like- our favorite was the Tom Yum soup and Amok fish. So good! Thank you for making our trip amazing.

Fantastic
Excellent hotel super clean and huge rooms. We stayed on the ground floor opening out on to the pool. The food in the hotel was really nice and it was much cheaper than some of the restaurants in the main centre. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, always there to help. The hotel has its own Tuk Tuk’s outside to take and collect you from various places, we found this great as it’s saved bartering with other drivers and you don’t get ripped off! Would definitely recommend it!!!

Lovely hotel and great value
Great value. The room was modern and clean. The pool area is beautiful. Staff is incredibly helpful. The location is a little outside of town on a quiet side street. Easy to take a tuk tuk to the main part of Siem Reap or a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!

The best host
The hosts were excellent. They gave me an rightfull answer all the time. My flight was cancelled so we were considering cancelation of whole itinerary but the host recommended us a substitute transportation and made the reservation. In addition, they invited us their party and gave us free foods and drinks. Their local information were very profitable. The resort was very clean and quiet.
