Très bon séjour

Excellent séjour de 5 nuits dans cet hôtel ou tout était parfait: le personnel est aux petits soins, attentionné, les chambres sont agréable (bonne climatisation , chambre à la décoration simple et soignée, piscine agréable). Je recommande vivement cet établissement!

Budget hotel

Positives: decent breakfast, lovely staff, only a couple dollars to main area, nice quiet area, can get laundry done on site. Negatives: mattress was grey lumpy and stained, blood on duvet, window/door looked out onto an alley of dirt and bricks, plug in shower was blocked.

良かったところ ・従業員の方が親切。 ・パブストなどからは少し遠いですが、値段のわりに快適でした。 ダメポイント ・シャワーが錆び臭い。（古いので仕方ないかな） ・ほかの部屋知りませんが、私の部屋の掛布団に鼻血がついていました。笑 帰る際に気付いたので、使う前に知ったら絶対交換をお願いしたと思います。

Lovely hotel with excellent staff

We were transferred to this hotel after we arrived to discover our original hotel had closed due to the owner's illness - and we were so glad we were. First of all, a word about the Expedia transfers team, who sorted out our problem quickly, efficiently and with great professionalism. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the small swimming pool was a definite bonus in the hot weather. The availability of tuk-tuks to take us to the Angkor Wat temple complex at very reasonable rates was a big plus. And the hotel even has a free shuttle tuk-tuk to take you downtown whenever you want. Even the meals - both Western and Khmer - are reasonably priced and very tasty. The staff- who all seem incredibly young - were exceptionally attentive and couldn't have done more for us. All in all, an ideal place to stay in Siem Reap.

Hotel advertised here as free airport transfers, despite a message a day before confirming my airport arrival they didn't arrange transport. Then arranging at the end to get free transport back, they told me it was one way only....really had to argue to get what was advertised. Location was poor compared to many others. They did have free ride one way to market, but seemed out of way for tour pick ups and such. Much better locations. Breakfast choice was mediocre and disappointing compared to other stays. WiFi was scattered. Room linens were clean, but overall grungy tub and bathroom and in need of a good scrub. Pool was tiny and outdoor area.....pictures looked nice but it really only had like a couple of seats outdoors. Find somewhere else to stay.

Schönes Hotel mit super Service

Das Hotel liegt relativ ruhig etwas vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Dafür gibt es eine kostenlose Tuk Tuk fahrt in die belebte Innenstadt mit all den Restaurants, Kneipen und Shops. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder kommen und kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Merci nous avons adoré notre séjour!

L'endroit en lui-même superbe :) le staff très très amical (propose des activités, des astuces pratiques...) et le petit restau de l'hôtel pas trop cher ;) -cocktails, burgers, petit déjeuner,...) la chambre confortable en général, la piscine petit mais pratique... situé non loin de la route principale avec quelques petites commodités aux alentours ;) par contre pas d'ascenseur!!! :/ même s'il n'y a que étages, nous avions 20kgde baggages chacun :3 En général, nous y retournerons avec plaisir ;)

Great hotel, felt very at home

Wonderful staff! They were very helpful at all times. The hotel is a cozy little hideaway that is situated a bit far off from the crowdy Pub Street, but is still only a 2 dollar drive away.

アットホームで従業員の方がとても親切でした。

こじんまりとしたホテルでしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。 到着が夜中にもかかわらず翌日のスケジュールの質問にも快く対応してくれて、帰りの日は12時にチェックアウトしたのですが便が夜中のため買い物をした後シャワーが浴びたくてお願いをしたら、無料で貸してくれました。 従業員の方が皆さんとても親切で、また行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。

アットホームなホテル

市街地まで徒歩20分程度あり少し遠かった。 毎朝無料の食事がつく。 部屋はクーラー完備、ベッドも大きく快適だった。 スーツケースを広げると少し狭いが、大して支障はなかった。 水は鉄のような味がした。 トイレットペーパーを流せないのが少し不便。 廊下に小さな虫が飛んでいたが、部屋には居なかった。 コンセントは2ヶ所4個付いている。 毎日リプトンの紅茶、コーヒー、水500mlを補充してくれる。 ドライヤー、シャンプー、歯ブラシもついている。 日本人が3組泊まっていた。 従業員は道案内も親切に教えてくれる。 帰りは空港まで4ドルで送迎してくれた。 プールが気持ちよかった。 比較的安く泊まれ、サービスも充実していたので満足だった。

Good location! Very easy to move around

Cambo Boutique Review

We had a family room on the top floor. It was very comfortable for 4 people. They provided 1 bottle of water per person per day. Plan to purchase more water. The location was 25 minutes away to downtown if you walk. The hotel provided a one way tuk tuk ride into town except for holidays. The cost of tuk tuk each way is $2 or $3 US. The breakfast was off the menu but limited. Staff were nice. Overall I rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 because of value for money.
