Superb Service

The hotel was outside of the city center which made it easier to tour Angkor Wat on the free bicycles available. There was a recent change in ownership and the hotel will soon be adding a pool and bar. What really sets this hotel apart from others is the service. The staff will make you feel right at home starting with a delicious welcome lemonade and provide info about touring the ruins. They are always willing to have a chat with you after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend.

Great value, friendly and close to the temples

Amazing value and great service. A really comfortable guest house. The pool was lovely and especially welcome after a day at the temples of Angkor Wat. The guesthouse is very helpful at organising transport and giving advice on Siem Reap. Breakfast was basic, but adequate and reflected the price.

Ein etwas anderer Luxus

Bloom Garden Guesthouse ist ein wundervoller Ort, um Angkor Wat und Siem Reap zu entdecken. Das Guesthouse bietet natürlich nicht den üblichen Luxus einer 5 Sterne Hotelferienanlage, aber dafür hat es seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und mit guter Air-Condition ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und sehr erfrischend. Der Service ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel arbeitet mit einheimischen TUK-TUK Fahreren zusammen, die einen für kleines Geld überall hinbringen, Tagestouren veranstalten und einen auch wieder Abholen. Für jede Anfrage findet das Hotel eine praktische, schnelle Lösung. Das Guesthouse liegt ein wenig abglegen und die erste Anreise mit dem kostenlosen TukTuk, der uns vom Flughafen nachts abgeholt hat, war arbenteuerlich. Wir hätte nicht gedacht, dass man 4 Personen und jede Menge Gepäck in einem TukTuk fahren kann, aber wir sind heil und wohlbehütet angekommen :). Wir waren in den Hotel mit unseren beiden Teenagern und uns allen hat es wirklich gut gefallen,

Perfect place to spend a few days in Angkor Park

Really a gem in a quiet spot close to Angkor Park. Staff is super attentive to your every need. You truly feel it is your home away from home. Breakfast is basic but does the job. The place is in a small alley so make sure you flag a tuk tuk to get there. They will arrange pick up from airport though.

The front lady is very friendly and kind. She explains to you how you should make plans for sightseeing saving money and time based on her wide knowledge showing a map of the whole town. It was an incredible experience to stay there.

Friendly staff and nice pool area

Lovely building with a nice pool and bar area. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Very quiet location towards the temples so easy to avoid any traffic for the sunrise and get a few extra minutes in bed. Easy to get into town on a tuk tuk for a few dollars

Enjoyable Guesthouse

Our room was comfortable; however, the bathroom needs some updating. The guest house is lovely and the staff is very helpful and eager to please. Guest house is a little difficult to find for taxis.

Very friendly & safe place to stay

Being first time to Cambodia, I was apprehensive about everything. But Peter and Bloomgarden eased me a lot with the booking and by answering all my queries patiently. I was so looking forward to going there and it was definitely worth it. The people were very friendly and they did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even fixed a TukTuk for our entire stay there and we can just about take his services anytime and come back anytime. Returning anytime is very important because you would want to spend time at the Siem Reap Night Market for long. Superb place to stay except that it's not the modern posh place, but great value for money and excellent people. If I go back to Siem Reap, I would not look at any other place and my stay would be only at Bloom Garden.

スタッフとドライバーの方々が陽気で親切な方々で安心して1週間過ごせました。 場所はにぎやかなオールドマーケットからトゥクトゥクで10分ほどの民家の中です。 アンコールワットからも10分ほど。 日本語は通じませんが片言の英語で大丈夫。 立派な調度品のきれいなゲストハウスです。 水道水は日本のようにはきれいではありませんし、部屋の設備は20年前の東南アジアという感じですが、そこも楽しい。 初めての滞在で比較のしようがありませんが、トゥクトゥクも毎回交渉することを思えばゲストハウスのドライバーにお任せして良かったと思っています。 カンボジアは素晴らしかったです。 このゲストハウスもそのひとつの要素です。

静かでアンコールワットのチケットセンターにも近い！

まず、ゲストハウスなので、超格安！！！ 朝ごはんも着いてこの値段。 新しいプールも完備。 メインロードから離れているので、 とても静かでシェムリアップの穏やかさを存分に楽しむことができる。 また、アンコールワットのチケットセンターにも近いため、早朝の数分でもロスがなくなり、とても便利。

Familiäres Gästehaus mit Schwimmbad

Wir sind vom Flughafen von einem sehr freudlichen Tuktukfahrer abgeholt worden. Die Aufnahme im Gästehaus war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Peter, der uns gut beraten hat und uns am Abend in seiner Bar bedient hat. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns auch bei unserem immer freundlichen Tuktukfahrer Vanny, der uns zu den Tempeln von Angkor Wat gefahren hat und immer sehr aufmarksam war!

Charming and sweet

Classic B&B with free wifi, a lovely pool and plenty of spaces to just hang out. Staff set me up with a tuk tuk driver for my entire stay and were very helpful reccomending activities. Highly recommended. I would go back.

Lovely hotel

I visit this hotel for half marathon race in Angkor Wat. This 's small hotel but the Bloom Garden has a big hug!!. They provide good suggestion for travel plan, provide early breakfast since 4.30 am prior visit the Angkor Wat for sunrise tour. Free Tuk Tuk service from airport. They take care us such as late breakfast after finished marathon race, early morning snack for all marathoner.
