Do not stay till after construction has ended.

This hotel is undergoing massive construction. We arrived unaware of this. There was no-one staying there. We found another resort to stay at as this was impossible there. Do not book here until the works are done approx Sept 15

Under Renovation

My stay at this hotel was as god as it could be considering the circumstances. The hotel is being renovated and the noise began as early as 07.00. The pool is demolished. The room itself had no control over the a/c so it could not be left on as it would be too cold. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant served a continental breakfast with made to order eggs which was nice. Dinner was pleasant serving a good range of foods. The fried fish was especially nice. If you take into consideration that days are spent out and away from the hotel and you can get a room with a/c for a bargain price then this is a place to consider.

Perfect location in Siem Reap

Many people are working at the Hotel and they are incredibly friendly. The Hotel is right opposite the Angkor National Museum. The drive to Angkor Wat costs 15 $ by a Hotel sponsored Tuk Tuk. We left to Angkor Wat at 4:30 am to see the sunrise and highly recommend that. It's 5$ more though. The Tuk Tuk driver stays with you all day. We became good friends with him, met his family and he drove us around many times. The restaurant is great, the location very close to down town Siem Reap, and the Hotel has great deals on pretty much all the activities in the area. We recommend the Restaurant BarbeQ around the corner that serves a Cambodian grill BBQ. We do not recommend the floating markets. The boats are way over-priced and there is little to see.

Well located, good value

The hotel is in a really good location, and has large rooms with shower and bath. The pool area is lovely, but the breakfast was disappointing. The property is fine if you're on a budget, no issues but nothing special and the beds are quite firm. Would recommend for people who aren't really backpacking but don't need frills either.

Good area, great staff

Hotel is in a good area, opposite the museum and just down the road is the Raffles Hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area.

Comfy hotel close to circus

Room was very spacious and had 2 large single beds which were comfy although a double probably would have been better for 1 person. The hotel has a lovely pool and restaurant but alot of mosquitoes so be careful to spray insect repellent before dinnner or swimming. also outside my room there were constant swarms of insects so I think there is a general issue with mosquitoes. but apart from that the hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff not so much but reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has tuk tuk drivers they use regularly so I used one for 2 days and he was very nice and took me to temples on bothe days I stayed one day for sunrise so we left very early. The hotel is also about a 7 - 8 minute walk from the Phare circus which is excellent.

Hotel just right opposite the National Museum

The hotel is clean and nice! The staff are helpful and very friendly. Hotel located at the quiet & nice location. The public transport (tricycle or taxi) can be easily get right infront of the hotel. I will come back to stay for my next visit and will recommend this hotel to my friends who plan to come for vacation!

Outdated, ok for the money

Our room was next to an alley where dogs bark all night. Curtains and window would not close,informed staff and nothing was done. Door lock was difficult to open and safe was too small to fit most items.dissapointing.

Mukava uima-allas pihalla ja auringonotto puitteet. - "Valtavan" iso huoneisto. 2 huonetta ja kylppäri sekä iso parveke. - 3 kerros ilman hissiä. - Äänekäs ilmastointi joka puhalsi suoraan vuoteeseen. - 1,5km keskustasta. - Aamiainen surkea. - Henkilökunta ystävällistä. - Khmer-hieronta 8€/1h. Hyvä hieronta - WiFi toimi huonosti. Vaikea lähettää/vastaanottaa isoja tiedostoja.

Buon hotel.

Hotel che stà invecchiando, ma ancora in buone condizioni,carino e con un buon servizio. Colazione in linea con un hotel di questa categoria. Buona anche la piscina e il centro massaggi. Posizione non molto importante perchè il sito archeologico è fuori città e si raggiunge con qualche mezzo (non a piedi).

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Prijs/ kwaliteit goed. Rustige buurt, niet ver van centrum. Bij vertrek om 06.30 uur stond prima ontbijt klaar om 6 uur. Van medereizigers uit andere hotels hoorde ik dat zij zonder ontbijt moesten vertrekken.

夜、遅いチェックインでしたが愛嬌あるスタッフ達が迎えてくれ、部屋はとても広く清潔感もあり快適に過ごせました。 利用はしませんでしたがプールもあり、ラグジュアリー感も楽しめます。 マッサージも６０分で激安です。 コスパもよくまた泊まりたいホテルです。

We were a group of 6 friends and this hotel accommodations and amenities were perfect for us. Our one suggestion is for the desk staff to be a bit more helpful in liaison between their guests and tuk tuk drivers as we used the hotel tuk tuks to get only a little off the beaten track but once we were out of range of the hotel we discovered the drivers had no idea where we wanted to go.

Personnel très accueillant - hôtel très bien situé

Séjour du 29 janvier au 3 février 2015. L'hôtel (de taille familiale) est de bon niveau avec des services de qualité et un personnel dévoué accueillant, discret, bref parfait. Mais il aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi et mis à niveau. Il est TRES bien situé, prés de la résidence royale et de ses jardins merveilleusement éclairés la nuit, et il est sur la route des temples. Le ticket d'entrée pour trois jours suffit à en voir une bonne 12. Eviter de visiter Angkor Wat le Dimanche... !!! Pour voir un coin de nature aller voir les cascades de Pnom kulen et pour avoir un petit frisson d'aventure faire en moto les 12km de jungle vers les animaux de pierre de Sra Damrei (il n'y a pas encore beaucoup de touristes qui s'y risquent et en tout cas pas de groupes....) Il y a beaucoup de possibilités de voir des danses traditionnelles: tout à côté à 80m, un peu plus loin vers le centre après la résidence royale, ou plus éloigné dans un établissement qui produit un Show hollywoodien pas très authentique peut âtre mais très spectaculaire (lasers, écrans d'eau, éclairage, acrobaties etc)

Upplevelse i kolonialstil.

Hotellet var av gammal god standard från kolonialtiden, väldigt mysigt, trevlig personal,god frukost och en härlig liten pool. Hotellet är i vissa avseende lite nergånget men inget som störde oss. En trevlig vistelse i Siem Reap.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can take a Tuk Tuk into town for $2 each way or walk. The shower was great! Nice hot water with good pressure. They should get rid of the carpet as it was pretty dirty. The staff was nice and friendly but those working in the kitchen we not as nice or polite. Maybe lack of training and customer service skills. Overall for the price we were very pleased.

落ち着くホテル

プール横のバーでのんびりくつろげます。隣で新築工事をやっていて朝はハンマードリル音でおこされます、暫くの辛抱ですね。浴室の水温、水圧、水量は完璧でした。wifiも問題無しで価格のわりにはお得なホテルだと思います。

Trevlig personal dock blev det ett missförstånd då personalen sa att vi skulle få en timmes gratis massage efter vi var färdiga hade dem aldrig sagt det och vi fick betala. Ligger utanför allt istort sätt men helt ok för pengarna om man jämför med andra hotell i samma prisklass

Buen hotel, bonito, el personal muy amable y tiene una buena piscina para después de las ruinas. No está en el sector de pubs y mercado pero es un distancia caminable, Recomiendo totalmente este hotel.

Super fijne verblijf en vriendelijke hotelmedewerk

Heel erg gastvrij en vriendelijk in het hotel, ook in Siem Reap in het algemeen. Super locatie, lopen naar de centrum, bv. Old markt is te doen, maar met tuktuk ben je natuurlijk sneller en niet duur, meestal $2. Ook naar Angkor Wat is met tuktuk te doen, hotel kan ook voor je vervoer regelen.
