He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. "This is an absolutely beautiful property with a lot of charm and exquisite details. The rooms are clean and comfortable with views of the gorgeous indoor atrium. Breakfast is delicious. And the property is located within walking distance of the shops (though it is a maze to walk through so you should get a guide). the staff is very friendly and helpful, though this is not a 24/7 type of place. The property manager is only available during business hours and there is no easy way to find help if...

"The riad others were nice and clean. It was in a very good location. Shout out to Mohammad for making us feel at home. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. They make their croissants and pastries in house which tasted amazing."
