"Lovely stay on our way back from Cornwall"

"Very friendly staff. Nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Our room was on the street side and above pub outdoor seating, so it was a little noisy. One of our windows didn’t shut completely, which didn’t help. But it quieted down a lot at night. Very clean and comfortable."

Amazing facilities, lounge, DVDs, books, coffee machine etc. Great parking and charging for EVs. Good selection for breakfast and delicious home made bread and jams. I’d recommend the Old Manor House and we will be back."

"Sam, the general manager greeted us warmly on arrival, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our courtyard room was clean and comfortable with a garden table just outside the door. Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Dinner and breakfast were both plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in the Mendips with dogs."

"The room was a bit grim, worn grey carpet, no pictures... However it was clean. Mattress was the most uncomfortable I've slept on for many a year, but I was so tired I slept okay. We got a cheap rate so generally happy."

"The staff were friendly, fun and efficient. A disabled parking space was close by for my husband and the ground floor bedroom exceptionally well accommodated and comfortable along with a wet room! The bar was fun, friendly and busy with excellent menu, great service and atmosphere. A local group of friends informally got together with instruments and voices. Much enjoyed. Highly recommended"

"This was the first time we stayed at this hotel before a flight at Bristol Airport the following day . The cost was competitive and the location great with a straightforward run to the airport avoiding city centre. The staff were really helpful and friendly . Food was good and a reasonable choice. The only confusing thing was we had a message from the hotel prior to our stay suggesting we book breakfast and quoting a cost of £26pp. Before arriving we had intended to eat breakfast elsewhere but...

"A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...
