This is a very good hotel, location, price, service, excellent restaurant and amenities. Close to the train station and to the center of town. Stay there if you travel to Cardiff.

The staff were absolutely Superb, so helpful, room wasn’t ready but that was 1 o’clock they took my phone number and rang and we still got in the room an hour before we should have, the staff behind the bar offered to make cocktails even if it wasn’t on the menu and the staff up the spa were excellent all round we had an extremely lovely time

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Its proximity to the train station was appealing to me, but I liked the location for many other reasons as well — close to shopping, restaurants and sights while still being quiet. The staff was excellent and the spa a wonderful indulgence. I was in a suite and loved the huge sofa to relax in!

The check in and welcome was lovely and personal. Our room was huge, spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Well stocked with good quality coffee bags and tea and the toiletries smelt amazing. The shower was big, powerful and immaculate. Good breakfast buffet with artisan bread and fresh pastries and the staff were polite and cheerful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Lovely room. Lovely Hotel building feeling luxurious. We added breakfast for a reduced £18pp on arrival. Breakfast was nice but not spectacular. I wouldn't have been happy if we had paid £28 ph which was the usual price. But £28 was reasonable. Lovely stay on the whole.
