Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! "Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside "

"Great location and staff were lovely. Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable. Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. "No AC the beds and pillows are really bad and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with windows opened. So we had a really bad first night. The front desk lady from Bulgary moved us to a room that had AC."

"This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms. The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good. Staff are very nice and helpful as well."
