"When we checked in, we were not informed of a Security deposit requirement was just deducted from my account. The was too firm and uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep, had to sleep on the couch. The TV remote had no cover for the battery and it didn't work very well, we gave the front desk and informed them the problem and when we came back from our appointments the other clerk said there was nothing there and no note was left about it. Told us to check if they had taken it up to our room and if not to call and let them know. Well, no remote and dead phone is all we had, had to unplug the TV to shut it off. Even if we complain, this world is full of uncaring people and take no pride in themselves and their job. All they want is the money."
