"The "presidential suite" was disgusting. The bahtroom tiles were all cracked and some paint or something olds residue was on it I can suppoly pictures and the valet was rude. Also restaurant was closed when needed. Wont book here again."

"Due to unexpected reason we had to shorten our stay and leave after two nights. The staff refused to refund even though I notified the manager when we arrived two days earlier. This is a very poor service and deserves serious involvement of Expedia. I do hope someone reads this review and will act accordingly. No amenities. Must have a car. Depending on UBER for every exit. Away from restaurants or shops. "

"Paid for ADA room that was needed and did not get one, had carperts outside my room being ripped up at 8:45 AM, entire lobby was under construction, checked 3 floors for ice and had none, mini fridges did not even work, and only one active elevator."

"I stayed here in March 2026, I was there for the Rodeo. The room was clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to use the fridge in the common area for our left overs and no one touched them. The location is great, walking distance to a brewery and restaurants. The train is loud but I am used to trains I did not even notice it. The parking is street parking right next to the hotel, we always found a spot. Over all I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again whenever I’m in Houston."

"The Clerk at the front desk was very RUDE . When he spoke to me. I ask for assistance making a phone call and the clerk said the call would not go through. The room was clean, how I could tell was when I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom. Before putting on my flip flops my socks were still white. Don’t know what was going on with the bed every time you sat on it . Or got in the bed to lay down. The bed made a loud sound . Housekeeping came by both days I stayed and asked if my room needed to be cleaned. I informed the staff I did not need their services at the time. I was unable to watch TV . Not sure if I needed to access the WiFi password. For some reason I couldn’t get it to go through. Oh on the morning when checking out I found the was some free breakfast items offered. But would have been to be informed by the RUDE Clerk at the front desk . Upon my arrival that there were some breakfast items were offered in the morning. After I did booked a 3 night stay at this establishment."
