"Booked family room as in the photos it looks private, however the walls don’t fully connect to the ceiling and the room is at the end of a mixed dormitory. We could hear everyone’s conversations and snoring. Also because the wall wasn’t fully connected we were instructed that we had to have our main light off by 9pm which was upsetting, as we booked the family room expecting to have our own private space. We also paid 500¥ for towels but when we tried to shower there was only cold water, there...

"The staff here is really helpful. There aren't really any amenities but there is a front area, however I didn't use it. It's best quality was it was right across the street from the train station and we easy to find a ride into the peace Park area and made getting to Miyagima and Hiroshima station a breeze."
