"Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. "The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The team were extremely polite courteous and helpful. The restaurant is charming. This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !"

"I had a wonderful three day stay at the Hotel Expo, the lady at the front desk did a marvellous job assisting me with anything I asked her to explain and show me. A special employee that should be recognized. Room was always made up and tidied when I returned. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi or Metro"

"Nice place to stay. As a family of 4 we had 2 rooms next to each other. We arrived late in the evening and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Had a couple of trips up and down in the elevator until we hit the correct floor (strange button labeling) but the food was great. Will definitely stay there again."
