"The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Located at a quiet area not too far from downtown Takayama. We've stayed here for a couple of times and each time was a relaxing and wonderful experience."

"This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). We took a large family suite with a private outdoor hot springs bath and it was gorgeous. The shuttle to the train station is very...
