"My corner room was very spacious with a view of the city. Great breakfast buffet with many choices. Loved having an onsen. Soundproof rooms with excellent blackout curtains. The TV provides a status on how many washers are available, how much time is remaining on each machine and how busy the onsen is. Great location. Very helpful staff. I'd stay here again!"

"Very nice hotel - everything was great although the quad room with 4 beds is best for 4 people, not six. We were travelling with kids but the beds were a bit narrow (they’re basically sized in between a single and a double). Worked out okay as we’re small people. The room was very nice though!"

"Great location next to train station. Good restaurant for all meals. Reasonable price being so close to the station. Beds are comfortable and rooms are reasonable size for Japanese rooms. Lots of dining options near by also"

"Spending more time traveling up and down escalators. Since there is no drop-off for the hotel itself we had to park our car for 1 hour just for dropping off the baggage. Room is smaller than expected and there is no room to open baggage."
