my stay started with relaxing in the evening after the meeting and having coffee in the room followed by a spa and steam. Had dinner later in the evening and a stroll in the vicinity. The next day i swam in the smaller pool as the bigger one was under cleaning. I had a brief gym session followed by sumptuous breakfast.
