Such a wonderful and kind gesture that left me impressed. "

"This was a very luxurious property, with excellent amenities. Loved the Family Mart attached to it. Rooms were big and comfortable. Staff was kind and helped as much as they could. While breakfast is pricey, it’s extremely worth it. Best breakfast food I had in Tokyo."

They held my luggage after I used the delivery service and left a message for me to collect at reception. Would definitely stay here again."
