The hotel lobby is fantastic. The bedroom was tired anf toilet door wouldn't shut.
I have stopped in many hotels this last couple of years and i can honestly say this was the worst cooked breakfast i have had dry sausages, leathery tasteless bacon and what tasted like boiled mushrooms

very close by, large Tesco there so can get groceries if needed

Good place to go - especially when raining!. Larger versions of well known shops and quite a few restaurants. Plenty of space to wander. Couldn't find any seats though. There is also Selfridges, House of Fraser (currently) and massive Primark nearby.
