"My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!"

"The convenience to The Spectrum was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable!"

"The location was perfect to the Spectrum for the NBA game. The staff was extremely friendly!"

"The condition of the assigned room fell short of the expectations set by online photos. The room required more thorough housekeeping, and the furnishings showed significant age and wear. Additionally, the bathroom did not match the online photos, which showcased a walk-in shower with glass doors rather than the dated bathtub and shower curtain I received."

"Will stay there again absolutely love this place!"

"The elevator was not working and my guest has to go to the stairs with 3 yrs old boy. Going down to the stairs is killing my knee that’s my experience here in Hyatt Charlotte."

"Everything was great! The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Prime location!"

"Very clean & friendly staff. Close walk to many nice places to eat and hang out."

"Cleanliness"
