The hotel was in a good location and had ample parking. We were staying one night and found a lot of mold in our shower. When we notified front desk next morning, they simply stated they would take care of it, and didn’t seem too concerned or apologetic. We wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is an affordable option for a hotel in Charlotte. $30 per night parking is a bit much. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The beds in our room were not comfortable. Not a big deal, but the ice bucket did not have a bag for ice and there was only one small trash can - which was in the bathroom. You do have to request your room to be cleaned if you want fresh towels, the trash emptied, etc.
