符合這個等級的標準，非常用心、有水準

這算是萬豪酒店裡頭高階的酒店，我覺得各方面都做得非常好，小細節也做到位，房間隔音很好，設備可能不是極新，但維護、整理得很好，整體而言我給滿分。

I visited this hotel from Japan. I relaxed at the pool every day. It's all thanks to Baron, the senior lifeguard. He doesn't speak much English yet, but I was impressed by his hospitality. In this pool area, I could enjoy a drink while listening to the beautiful chirping of birds. Thank you, Baron. I am SATO from JAPAN

房間的設計舊了一點，但整體乾淨整齊。房間的冷氣機有一些滴水，但不太影響住宿體驗。職員親切有禮，會隨時幫助客人。房務部的清潔人員會記得我需要喝很多水，於翌日打掃時會放多數瓶水在房間內，服務體貼入微。自助早餐選擇甚多，味道也不錯，連續吃了兩天也不嫌悶。去了健身房，空間很大，健身機械齊備，重訓及cardio機的數量都多，不需要等候使用，很適合健身人士。

整體ok但是小失望

一如既往地舒服 住了很多次了 就是這次唯一一個要求不要面對辦公樓 但是房間窗戶右側還是有一部分跟對面辦公室面對面 有點小失望但是懶得換了

酒店太舊，房間舊。如果作為5星級酒店，我感覺新舊度比一些3星酒店還不行，體驗不好。 床有嘢咬，瞓醒發現。 洗手間一陣味。

Spacious room with magnificent view. Nice buffet breakfast with attentive service. It is conveniently located and just 3 min walking distance from Convention ＆ Exhibition Centre Station Exit D. Will come again and highly recommended.
