"staff very attentive, convenient to Gatlinburg strip and nice with the trolley to get around town without taking your car, just wish the pool was outside but not hotels fault. also not sure why there was a $15 parking fee each night. but all in all, great stay."

"We stayed in a 2ndrm 2bthrm condo. Beds were comfy, air conditioning worked great Kitchen was nice and convenient. Indoor pool was only available during our trip, it was very chilly in the room but water was a good temperature. Trolley stop right outside the entrance which is super nice. Overall really enjoyed the hotel and hope to return Oh and parking, yes it os tight we have a 2024 nissan pathfinder... tight but doable."
