"Loved that we were able to arrive early and park the car before checking in. It gave the opportunity to enjoy the area attractions. When time to check in there seemed to be some issues with a few rooms that caused the check in to take over 30 minutes of waiting in line. We only stayed here one night so the room served its purpose. The room we stayed in seemed like they were in the process of renovating. The carpet was recently laid down on top of the old carpet. It wasn’t glued down and was a tripping hazard. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. I have a child with allergies so it was a little bothersome but we managed with minimal exposure and meds. The ac in the wall had a gap. The door was a little sticky. The bed did not have blankets only sheets. Would have loved a blanket but didn’t realize there wasn’t one and didn’t want to walk back to the office. We had to request more wash cloths and towels since there wasn’t enough in the room for my family and they didn’t have wash cloths available. They told us they were out. We loved the balcony. A bear came through the parking lot while we were here. They had breakfast in the morning. It was a little cramped during the time we went. They had apple and orange juice, coffee, muffins, bagels, eggs, pancakes, and sausage, yogurt and corn flakes and Frosted Flakes. There was also oranges but they were soft and some had mold. Someone was replenishing items so not sure how the fruit was missed."

"This hotel needs to be updated. Mattress needs to be replaced, shower curtain would not stay closed, and it had a large rip in the top of it, it was just all very old and needed a major update."

"Great location. Free trolley shuttle to downtown running continuously with online tracker. We had a nice room with king size bed, and nice view overlooking downtown amd the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all that we knew off. Pool is nice and clean and even has water slide for kids."
