"We stayed over Easter to be near family. The room was nice enough for the price. The only small issue that we had was that the laundry trolleys were parked right outside our window for the whole weekend so wasn’t the best of views. Other than that, all good. "

"Room was clean and fresh, the bath and sink could do with a bit of refurbishment. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Breakfast selection very good. Cooked breakfast could of been a little hotter. "

"Room was huge - we had the disabled access one. The bathroom is the biggest I’d seen. A few stains on the carpet but they been scrubbed as best they could. Would have liked some bedside lights, ended up using the TV on a scrambled signal to give a little light. Staff were friendly and really helpful. To the point of intervening with parking because it’s free at the weekend. Top tip - if you’re heading to Winchester, get the bus. Bus stop a short walk away, the route I direct, every 10mins. £3 til 6pm then £1."

"Staff particularly Lewis on reception were great, really friendly, helpful & attentive Rooms were ok, mine could potentially benefit from a refresh, stains on the carpet and some slight mould in areas in bathroom Felt some of the prices were high £2 for a kitkat, Biggest issue with my stay was the constant noise from the workmen outside, "

"The staff at reception were very friendly at check in and every time we passed. The cleaners were pleasant and helpful plus they did a good job. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."
