The towels, the plumbing, scent in the corridors and etc. I know that it’s relatively inexpensive but if you’re putting your name on a property, it should meet a standard. The Carpenter does not even meet an average standard. Would not recommend. I would not recommend it as a job opportunity, you can’t do a good job if your corporation doesn’t care. "

"The checking in process was pretty fast. However the gentleman at the reception desk was not very friendly. I walked up and said hello, he said how may I help you? no hello back. Them he sort of pointed to the back and said the elevators are to my left.He was not wearing a name badge so I do not know his name, but the other two young ladies that I came in contact with at the desk were much better. Not overly friendly, but much better."

"I booked the presidential suite. One small trash can in the whole place. Then opened the closet and there was a hole the size of my fist. Every time you close and open the bathroom door it would get stopped by the ironing board(this was the cause of the hole in the wall) which made I’d hard for a big guy to get out of the bathroom without yelling for help. Great location just not very well maintained for a downtown hotel. Paid a lot extra for the Presidential room but never again it wasn’t worth it. It was room number 200."
