Very nice BnB with ensuite bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Historic building that is also used as an event space on the first floor. I've stayed here twice now and recommend it for couples or solo travelers.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. It was an easy check in and we were given a tour of the property. My husband and I stayed in the Wisteria Cottage which was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and the staff made us feel at home. Though the best part of our stay was the to die for nightly chocolate chip cookies. Will definitely be returning!

I really liked stay here because everything was very easy. The check in and orientation of the Boutique Hotel. I also liked the history of the Woman who had it built. I also especially loved the Chocolate Chip cookies in the evening. I will return to the Boutique Hotel when in Springfield.

The room was clean. It had an attached balcony which was wonderful to sit on and just visit or read. The staff were amazing. The breakfast is included and it was great daily. It is in a great location. It is within 3 miles of all of the main attractions. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed 5 nights and 6 days and enjoyed all of it.

Stayed for one night, this was the most charming hotel, all the personal touches were amazing, they even leave little cookies at your door, the Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff is extremely friendly and they really make this such a special stay! I can’t wait to come back in the future! This location is a hidden GEM!

This is a wonderful place to stay, the building is full of chatacter and has great history, the rooms are nicely decorated and were very spacious, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and really made you feel welcome, thoroughly enjoyed the home-made cookies and the hot breakfast. Definitely would recommend a stay here

We loved the Poppy Room. Indeed, the entire building is a beautiful artifact of the early 20th century. (I loved the history in the welcome packet.) Parking is a breeze. The Inn sits on a residential street and thus, the room was very quiet. It even has an elevator which I, with my arthritic knees, really enjoyed. The staff brought us homemade cookies even though we couldn't attend the Social Hour in the evening. Just a couple of items would have made this a five-star review: our room didn't have a hair dryer; and the breakfast was disappointing. A tasteless scrambled egg, and an inedible pancake. I would love to come back and try other rooms if we get back to Springfield.
