"Everything met our expectation"

"This hotel is not even close to the images shown. The property is in terrible condition. The seal on my door was broken so I could see out of the room, the bed had stains, the shower was disgusting, the room smelled absolutely terrible. The entire property was a complete dump and a local resident told me that this is the most unsafe place in Mission, KS. There is a reason that police officers are stationed here overnight. I was woken up multiple times by people yelling and screaming. DON'T GO HERE."

"My husband spilled some coffee on the floor and management was busy at the front desk so he cleaned it up best that he could but perhaps a paper towel holder would have been better to have as the napkins were small and there weren’t very many."

"PROS: the staff was very nice. There were only two women and they are assets to the property. The windows kept out the noise from the highway traffic. The room was clean with the exception of dust and a receipt under the bed. CONS: The front had so many cigarette butts and spit stains on the concrete. The trash can was full and overflowing at 2pm. The front door was dirty and the small check-in area smelled. There were no amenities, no coffee pot in the room and just vending machines. The toilet would only fill up half-way, resulting in multiple flushes."

"Shower drain cover was damaged and had a sharp piece sticking up that cut my son’s foot. Went to the front desk to get a bandage and they didn’t have one. Also, no night maintenance to replace the drain cover. Interior was dated and was in need of updating. I will not be stay there again. 4/10 Stars"

"The staff doesn't really seem to care about the property. There are drug addicts and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I couldn't even see my car from my room so I keep having to go back out to check on it. Would not stay here again. "

"Outdoor pool was dirty and full of debris. Room was not clean yet at 500pm and had to wait for housekeeping to clean the room while I was waiting in the hallway."
