Unfortunately our twin room was like an outbuilding in the car park and very cold (radiators didn’t work) with a lamp not working and a spot lamp flashing on and off. "This is like faulty towers where the maintenance man is the bar man etc etc found it v odd to have nowhere to hang clothes not even hooks on back of doors yet you get a luggage holder in a room that barely has room for a chair. "Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later. "

"Front desk staff were lovely. The hotel itself is very nice, room was a bit run down - missing faucet handle bit, needing a little tlc overall. Sheets seemed clean but I found hair that wasn’t mine around the room. My biggest complaint though isn’t with the hotel itself but instead the restaurant within the hotel. "Room was ok, very small bathroom with limited facilities. The room I was in was next to the kitchen, lots of noise til 12 and then from 6. Was expecting a continental breakfast, but a full English was given which was nice Overall a cheap place to stay, owners really friendly. "

"Very nice place, bedroom was spacious, , bed was very comfortable, bathrrom had a bath with a rain shower, complimentary toiletries. Tv, radio, ironing board, hairdryer, towels in room.
