"The rooms (and property) were one step above a hostel. Although the pool and surrounding area appeared relatively clean, the public kitchen area was obviously exposed to the outdoor elements and the rooms were completely stripped down. There were remnants of missing artwork, curtains and many other common elements in the rooms, while spider webs and other insects were prevalent. The bathroom windows were slightly tinted, but with the backlighting in the bathroom, occupants were clearly visible...

"We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

"The property is located in a gated community which is smart and secure. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for your a stay. There is parking, but it is on a first come first served, so you could end up with a walk, something to consider for families. We also found it noisy, there was always something- it was easy to hear conversations from neighbouring apartments, children in the pool area, dustmen, traffic noise, plant watering and those...

"Property was well located, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk host was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, etc."

"Nice room, parking right in front of our room. We got woken up in the middle of the night by an alarm evacuation system, and received no apology or explanation why that happened, despite asking. Unresponsive host if messaged on Expedia."

The accommodation (2bd 2 bathrooms) was great for our family of four. Kitchen we well stocked (loved the toasted sandwich maker and tupperware). "This was a beautiful little hotel. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. I was looking forward to doing some laundry while here on my one night stay but the young man from the front desk had 1 of the 2 washing machines and the only dryer tied up most of the day so I was not able to get any laundry done. Even when I told him I had a short time to stay, he did not offer to let me go ahead of him and use the dryer, which takes over an hour to dry clothes. I could have stayed at the...
