"Hotel seemed old and extremely busy. Thankfully, there's a completely automated system for check in and check out, assuming you've prepaid. That said, there seemed to be no air conditioning in the room, and it was pretty hot in there, even with the window open. Made for a pretty uncomfortable night. I would like to point out, though, that the airport shuttle was very convenient and large, meaning no passengers were left behind when it was time to catch fights. "I paid for two-2-bedroom premium apartments on the top floor. When my family & I arrived it was blistering hot, no A/C….it was so hot I felt faint. They offered us fans but unfortunately it was not enough. The staff had not opened any windows or clearly checked the rooms in advance to ensure it was bearable. As a result we all had ( 6 of us) a miserable night. Nothing was offered as a form of compensation and no apologies. Very very very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel."

"A nice hotel with clean rooms, easy check-in and check-out, with free parking for hotel guests in a car park connected to the hotel for easy access. The staff was friendly but did have a standoff-ish vibe that make it uncomfortable when I was asking for recommendations as they only seemed to have pushed their hotel's restaurant when asking for local pubs nearby. It took a while to obtain a cab, the hotel called for one but since there isn't a set front door location the driver wasn't able to...

"Centrally located for us tourists. The front desk was usually staffed with one person. Took an unusually long time to get checked in. The day prior to our flight we requested a cab for the next morning. Fortunately for us, we followed up later in the day to confirm the cab. They had no record of our request. However a different person at the front desk did follow through with our request. Our cab was on time the next morning. Our room was clean and comfortable."
