"Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful"

It’s the perfect place to unwind and recover from the fatigue of high-altitude travel—peaceful, refreshing, and deeply calming. The property itself is expansive, set on beautiful grounds with a flowing river and a scenic lawn. I stayed in a stunning two-story detached Tibetan-style cottage, beautifully designed with an eye for detail and cultural authenticity—it was both luxurious and...

The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. What made our stay even more special was the staff, who were incredibly warm, friendly, and...

"Super hôtel moderne et super bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville et Shangri La ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, Rita est hyper serviable et parle couramment l’anglais ! À recommander vivement !"

"Room 312 was great but 308 was poor. Toilet was broken. Faucet was broken. Shower was moldy."
