I loved our stay at Sheraton Shanghai Pudong Riverside. I booked 3 river view rooms and the view of the huangpu river and bridge is truly amazing weather day or night. Food in the breakfast buffet were all delicious and they vary some dishes every day. Rooms are very clean and the staff are assistive. The only bad thing we noticed is the room lighting wherein the switches control multiple lights so if you cannot specifically turn on just a single light especially in the bathroom if you want to use it while not disturbing your roommate’s sleep because the bathroom partition is just glass with switch-on frosted effect. Light passes through and lights up the room. Also the closets dont have lighting. Other than these, we had a wonderful at the hotel.

Room is generally ok for buisness travel, not for family or leisure as there aren't much choices for transport nor restaurants nearby. Broken shower head when i check in the room. The two sinks in room, one cannot take out the water cap and so I have stored the water for 2 days, as I am just travel for business and not in room for long during daytime. General condition for room is fine. Breakfast is having many choices though and service in buffet breakfast is good.

I have been ripped off by the Sheraton. The quoted price. For my stay for two days was $255.05. USD On my arrival. Which was very late 2:00 am the morning. This was because my plane was two hours, late taking off from Brisbane. And we missed the connecting flight. The night manager. Swiped my Visa card. He said it was only for 1,839.98 Local currency. The problem is they have taken out of my visa account. $$548.77. Aud. When I challenged him. On my checkout. He could not answer it. But said Expedia would refund the money to me. There is an outstanding balance of $157.92 AU D. Owing to me. Who's paying it?

체크인시 트렁크도 옮겨주지 않습니다 도어맨은 있지만 전혀 서비스에ㅠ대한 개념이 없습니다 체크인 후 직접 무거운 가방을 끌고 룸으로 와야 합니다. 직원들은 여기저기 모여 매우 시끄럽게 떠들고 손님을 고려하지 않습니다 칫솔과 치약도 룸에 없습니다 1층에서 달라고 해야 합니다 룸서비스는 형편 없습니다 쉐라톤 호텔이라는 이름에 예약 했지만 사실 쉐라톤 호텔의 서비스를 기대 할수 없는 곳입니다
