This is a 5 star review for the hotel and the previous general manager Kai Patry.
We booked a trip back in 2018 to Shanghai with my family and family in law. Due to personal issues, we were stuck in Shanghai and had to stay in this hotel for almost a month. The hotel team tried their best to accommodate us, ESPECIALLY the general manager Kai Patry. He did helped a lot. A yell out for Mr.Kai Patry!
As for the conditions and cleanness of the hotel, I have to say that for a germaphobe like me, I was even happy with this hotel.
Guys, this is part of the luxury collection and previously the St. Regis, you can't find something matching this for the same price.
