Beautiful natural setting. Sweet people serving guests . Delicious breakfast. Some minor physical plant issues: The room door was difficult to get locked. The double bed was two twin beds pushed together. Also there were some loud functions on a neighboring property. But we would definitely go there again.

Single best hotel experience of my life. This magical oasis was a gem in Thailand. Expertly curated rooms felt like it was half bohemian art museum and half intimate bed and breakfast. The staff was delightful and went above and beyond to help. Amazing experience which I cannot recommend enough.

시내에서는 조금 떨어져있습니다. 그랩밴으로 300밧 정도 나옵니다. 하지만 공항 픽업, 무료 셔틀(오전) 서비스가 있어 편리합니다. 5박했는데 무료 레이트 체크아웃, 공항 드랍서비스 해주었습니다. 조식은 과일, 음료와 함께 브런치 형태로 나오고 맛있습니다. 조경이 매우 좋고 객실도 매우 예쁩니다. 직원들 모두 친절합니다. 대가족 여행이었는데 모두 만족했습니다. 대가족이나 다인수 여행이라면 적극 추천합니다.

친절하고 아름다운 호텔

치앙마이 시내에서는 다소 떨어져있는 숙소입니다. 밴 그랩으로 300밧 정도 나왔던 것 같아요. 7인 가족여행이었고 2박 후 치앙라이 다녀와서 3박하였습니다. 공항 픽업, 오전 1회 시내까지 셔틀 이용 편안했습니다.조식 간단히 브런치 형식으로 제공되었습니다. 호텔 부지가 매우 넓고 조경이 매우 멋집니다. 거실과 부엌이 있어 가족여행에 적합했습니다. 스텝분들 친절하셨고요. 마지막 날 레이트 체크아웃을 무료로 해주셨습니다. 체크아웃 후 공항까지 데려다 주셨습니다. 그리고 호텔 내 제공되는 스넥들도 무료였어요. 그랩도 잘 잡혔습니다. 아름다운 호텔입니다. 그리고 호텔 내에 있는 타이식당 맛있습니다. 가격도 적당합니다.

The best place to stay in Chiang Mai

The residence is so beautiful and peaceful. The staff amazing and helpful. Great free breakfast. Free transportation to and from airport. 2 awesome restaurants with superb Japanese and Korean food right there on the grounds. It was wonderful being away and slightly secluded around nature.

Baan Suan Residence liegt etwas ausserhalb von Chiang Mai in einer parkartigen, sehr schönen Anlage. Die Stadt kann dennoch gut erreicht werden (Taxi/Tuk Tuk). Die Hotelstaff Ist sehr freundlich und ebenso hilfsbereit. Wunderbarer Ort, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.

Schöne ruhige Lage im Grünen ca. 20 min. nördlich von Chiang Mai. Sehr kunstvoll und ansprechende Dekoration des Hotels. Es gibt einen täglichen Shuttle in die Stadt um 10 Uhr morgens. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der Airport-shuttleservice ist inklusive. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

자연친화적이고 평화로운 숙소

네명이 함께 투숙하기 위해 투룸 빌라에 예약했지만 도로변의 소리가 밤새 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 다음날 매니저에게 말해 리조트 안쪽의 객실로 방을 바꿨더니 조용해서 드디어 원하던 곳에 왔구나 싶어졌었어요. 조식도 부족함 없었고 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 스탭분들도 친절합니다. 정원 관리가 잘 되어있어 산책하기도 부족함 없이 좋구요. 다만 침대 시트가 어두울 땐 몰랐는데 마지막날 짐싸며 밝은 자연채광으로 보니 얼룩이 있어 찝찝했어요. 자연친화적이고 다 좋은데 청결에만 조금 더 신경써주면 쾌적한 스테이가 될 것 같아요. 치앙마이 시내와 15분 정도 떨어져 있지만 번잡한 걸 싫어하는터라 오히려 조용하고 여유롭게 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다.

美麗的渡假村。

從Central Festival 坐Grab可享折扣，我入住時沒其他客人，單獨享有飯店設施，實在棒透了。在這裡租摩托車很貴，外面公司牽過來還要50銖，真是沒嘖。附近國家公園大概1小時多，雖是郊區，但交通混雜可不輸市內，小心為上，附近很少加油站，要騎到萬客隆才有。這裡像個渡假村。聽旅館人員說老闆把整條路都買下來了，真是富豪。

Would a lovely place, someone with great design taste created it. I really enjoyed staying at Baan Suan Residence. Only information that was wrong on trivago was, that it is close to chiang mai center (0,6 km). but I will sure come again.

Charmig hotel.

Our stay was pleasant. Nice atmosphere and beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I have to mention was the small supply of warm water in our room. It was well enough for a shower but was not enough for the bathtub unfortunately. Minor issue thought. Overall everything was very good.

ホテル全体的には良かったが、我々の部屋は、センスが悪く不満だった！800号室 、サービスは悪くないが、マネージャー以外ほとんど英語が通じなくて困った。

ゆっくり時間が流れるホテル

手入れが行き届いており、スタッフの対応も よく居心地の良いホテルでした。ただ シャワーの温度調節ができなかったのが 残念。

很不錯的度假酒店

酒店在郊區，離市區大概有20分鐘車程，環境寧靜優美。 酒店職員都很友善，每天會主動跟我們問候。有一個清晨，我和朋友參加了網上訂購的活動，在門口等了半個小時，接送我們的車還未到，網上客服也沒有回應，我們非常着急。這時，酒店的經理出來為我們與當地的活動機構聯絡和溝通，他告訴我們車大概什麼時候才來，因為接送我們的車遲到了，我們才放心。那一刻真的很感動。 另外，有晚我們回到客房，看見酒店悄悄的為我們送上一大份水果呢！而且，他們用樹葉編織一些花朵當作小禮物放在我們的床上，真的非常窩心！ 除了多昆蟲外，其他所有地方都做得非常出色！ 非常難忘的旅程。

悠閒度假田園villa

飯店內部環境很棒，庭園和建築非常有泰式悠閒度假的感覺，包一棟villa有兩層樓，共六間房間，可入住10人，整體裝潢很美，飯店員工服務不錯，退房當日清晨5點就開兩台車載我們前往機場，很棒的住宿體驗；唯一較麻煩的是飯店的位置過於偏僻，適合入住後就享受飯店環境的住客，但因過度窮鄉僻壤，計程車司機也不太找的到，即便使用導航，也會懷疑自己是否走錯路了。另外的小建議，就是會包棟的住客通常是同行友人眾多，希望能夠有公共空間可以聚會，但villa內進門的廚房+客廳是屬於L型的，且空間很小，舒適的桌椅也不多，很難容納那麼多人同聚一堂舒適聚會，如果這方面能夠重新擺設改善就太完美了。
