Hotel is decent, but room I got is very big but has no window. The carpet is a bit old but other than that is okay. Breakfast is okay. Only a few space for parking. Hotel is very close to subway and also very close to world expo I paid about 16 RMB each trip to the expo. There is family mart across the hotel. Wifi signal at the lobby is quite slow
Delusione per camera superior : molto grande con due letti king size ma ..senza finestre. Nonostante le ns. dimostranze (non era indicato sulle informazioni ) non c'e' stata alcuna apertura da parte del personale dell'hotel,
se non su pagamento di differenza . Colazione varia per piatti salati, molto scarsa per i dolci.
Hotel was ok. Closs from a metro station and right next to a bank for exchange. The staff was nice but limited with the English. The bad thing was the slow internet and no international calls from the room. Nice breakfast buffet.

Not bad for the price but wouldn't stay again
The front desk staff was very unfriendly. She didn't acknowledge us when we came to check in.
Also, spoke very limited English.
The hotel room was spacious, but had a bad smell - I had to leave the windows open to air out the room for several hours.
There were fingerprints on my bathroom door, there was small trash in my shower, and I found some stains and hair on my sheets.
It wasn't bad considering the price, but I wouldn't stay here again.
Got in at 11 pm from a long day and requested a room as I had completed my reservation through Hotels.com. The front desk staff mentioned she could not locate my reservation. I asked that she should perhaps contact Hotels.com and clarify as the room was confirmed and paid--I showed her the email on my mobile. She did not proceed to contact Hotels.com and suggested I do that myself. She mentioned there was nothing she could do and did not offer a room. After about an hour of back and forth, she finally offered a smoking room as there were no non-smoking rooms available anymore (I had booked a non-smoking room).
In the morning the next day, I contacted the front desk and they mentioned they were finally able to locate my reservation. At no time did the hotel offer an apology or any other compensation for the 1 h argument I had to go through in order to obtain a room I had paid for, or to alleviate the fact that I was put in a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room.
Front desk staff cannot communicate in English. Hotel is OK, but not clean. The carpet is in serious need of replacing (stains everywhere) and the room/hotel smelled strongly of smoke.
Would not stay here again.
