Best hotel in Stara Zagora

This is the newest and so far the best place to stay in Stara Zagora. Great decor, plush restaurant and breakfast area with a good selection. The room were modern and comfortable. The one thing that I would wish for is more electrical outlets in my room. There was only one freely available that I had to share with a laptop, mobile phone device and two other items.

The property was very clean and the staff very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast they served was very fresh with variety of choices. The hotel is located very close to the main street and the market. The only bad experience we had was with a masseuse, who was not really a part of the staff. She was a contractor. She was in a rush, very rude, disrespectful and offensive. She also was not receptive to queues and kept massaging a part of my husband's foot that was recently broken.

Poor management skills, doesn't know how to treat returning customers. Gave us the smallest suite available because there was another more important customer that wanted our suite. Her reply was dont tell me where to put my customers. If you don't like it you can leave the hotel. We had a 4 night reservation total of 900lv

Hotel is too overpriced for the city, so i thought i was paying extra for the service but i guess i was totally wrong. one of the worst management i have ever encountered. doesn't offer to help and doesn't offer any other solution. just says if you dont like our hotel you can leave... TERRIBLE. Im trying to reach the owners so i can have her removed from her job.

I dont know how Lilyana is the manager. i wont even have her as a manager in a motel. she gave me another type of room that i booked because she said another customers that always come here wanted the room type that i booked. usually manager upgrade you to a next category if your room isn't available not down grade you. we had an argument and she said if you don't like the hotel you can just leave... i have never experienced such treatment anywhere else in the world.

It was a pleasant stay although it was only a night but we as a family enjoyed the most . The reception and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Cleanness, breakfast and staff communication was outstanding. I also loved different designs and decorations of each floor . Thumbs up for everything 👍

New hotel, everything works, and one great valet

The hotel is new, so it was clean and everything worked. The decor is modernesque. No real issues, although the parking is all valet. If you go, hope you get Лъчезар Михайлов (Llchezar) as your valet (to park, for luggage, etc.). Not only is he friendly with a great smile, he speaks English rather well. He gets 2 thumbs up from us for helpful explanations about the area and Bulgarian culture generally. Otherwise the service was good but not exceptional. Most of the restaurants nearby were fast-food type. For a sit-down meal, the hotel restaurant was about it, but not all the servers speak English. (This is true of Bulgaria generally.) That said, the food was fine.
