The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, and the cleaning crew was courteous. My husband and I stayed for six nights. We didn’t use the kitchen except for boiling water, but we used the washer and dryer three times. The washer-dryer was easy to use and laundry detergent was provided. Our standard room with a king size bed was spacious with easy to adjust air conditioning. The location is convenient with three different metro stations within walking distance. We’d love to stay at Riverdale Residence when we come back to ShangHai next time.

Great accommodation, good English at the front desk, free upgrade, lovely room and easy to use luggage storage service as we arrived early and needed to leave the luggage on the day of check out due to a late flight.
